Layered Easter Salad with Ham, Mushrooms, Eggs and Broccoli

Ingredients:

- 10 mushrooms

- 5 eggs

- Half a head of broccoli

- Krakus Smoked Ham

- Half an onion

- Mayonnaise

- Salt

- Pepper

- Thyme

- Watercress for decoration

Method:

Hard boil the eggs and separate the yolk from the egg white. Mash the yolk with a folk and finely chop the egg white.
Wash the mushrooms and chop them. Fry them in a pan and add the chopped onions. Season with the salt, pepper and thyme.
Boil the broccoli and, after cooling, chop finely.

At the bottom of the dish, layer:
Mushrooms
Egg white, mixed with a spoon of mayonnaise and salt
Krakus Ham, cubed
Broccoli, mixed with a spoon of mayonnaise
Egg yolk

Sprinkle with cress.
